Greg Michalak joined Raker in the fall of 2007 to lead the Finish team. This area included the Raker Trial Gardens, closed Breeder Trials, Contract Grow outs and any projects that require plants grown out to finish. His responsibilities recently expanded to include the Research and Genetic Evaluation teams, combining them all into the Product Development team.
He came from Gardening Graces landscaping and is a Master Gardener. Greg’s background started in the tech field and he has a Management and Organizational Development degree. The last four years at Raker have given him a crash course in Horticulture.
